Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (ADRD) affect over 60 million people worldwide, resulting in significant emotional burden on informal caregivers. Existing mobile health (mHealth) applications largely fail due to non-personalized content (83% focus on generic education ), lack of scientific validation (only 20% reviewed by specialists ), and insufficient practical support.
